Project-Based Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

• The project has not yet started.
• A.R Technology is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Completed work.
• Delays caused by the client.
